Looking for a creative outlet? ⚡️ Connect and experiment with fellow artists in our Immersive Program! Artists and creative technologists from around the world can now join our interactive, project-driven 12-week course.

Gray Area's Immersive is a 12 week course in creative code and immersive art. Our expert instructors guide participants through a sequence of topics that are designed to both lead to mastery of core techniques and strengthen students’ professional practice in the field of art and technology. Over the course of the program, students learn the technical skills and the creative inspiration to design, prototype and install an interactive artwork in a final public showcase attended by the creative community, industry, and museum professionals.

Prerequisites

The Creative Code Immersive is designed to help introduce new mediums to artists, though the pace of the program requires a certain amount of foundational knowledge in both HTML & Javascript development. To help us gauge your coding skill level we require all applicants to take both the w3schools Javascript Quiz and w3schools HTML Quiz. Once you have completed these tests, select Check Your Answers and save a pdf of your results.
