RESEARCH: Awarded $1million art-science-technology UK research fellowships and grants 2002-13, including Leverhulme Trust (2), Arts & Humanities Research Council (2), Arts Council England, British Council, European Research Council, at the Royal College of Art (RCA) and Central Saint Martins College of Art in collaboration with Imperial College Medical Research Clinical Sciences Centre, Royal College of Music, Central School of Speech & Drama, English National Ballet School, Anglia Ruskin and Roehampton University; Harvard, Johns Hopkins; Victoria School of Visual & Performing Arts; Filmakademie Germany. Investigation of ‘The Anatomy of Movement’ fusing drawing, HD video, film, mocap, body scanning, eye-tracking, thermography, bespoke computer softwareand drawing. Natural Environment Research Council fellowship 2011-12 with the British Geological Survey; Drawing Fellowship 2008-09 at Nottingham Trent University; Research Fellow on a $4.9million NSF grant 2014-15 at UIUC. Artist-in-residencies in Germany (8), France (3), Spain (3), Switzerland (2), Australia, UK and USA (numerous).
