Born in 1986, Amin Shojaei is a multidisciplinary science-artist who investigates the damaged net of life and how it may be connected to human beings and his life. He has an ongoing project to plant 10 million trees in Hyrcania and Zagros forests, He also manages and works in his lab to produce Biomaterials for different aspects of design and packaging. He practices architecture, bio materials, design and environmental activism.

The sixth edition of LASER Talks in Tehran is dedicated to promote Amin Shojaei’s practices in science and art. Audiences are invited to visit his garden/laboratory located in Shamsabad Industrial City. Amin will give an artist talk and will elaborate on the subjects of art and science. This program is a part of the Paadmaan's project entitled "Picnic". Picnic is an offside-space project/program/event series, being on the move between visual arts, science and environmental issues. It is challenging on human needs, phenomenology and changing the regulation form of presenting art.
