Dr. Minu Ipe is the Knowledge Enterprise Architect and Senior Fellow of Leadership and Institutional Design in the Office of the President at ASU. In this role, she works on ASU’s design, strategy, and culture and assists leaders and units across the institution accelerate ASU’s evolution as a New American University. As Faculty Director at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Minu was responsible for the Working Professionals MBA programs that included on-campus, fully online and hybrid delivery models. During her seven years in this role, she led the design and launch of a new MBA program, two major curriculum reviews, the transition from fully on-campus to hybrid programs, and the ongoing adaptation of the curriculum to deal with external changes. At ASU, Minu is a co-founder and steering committee member of the The Leadership Academy, a program that trains emerging leaders at ASU to increase the university’s capacity so that it may deliver on the promise of a New American University.   In addition to her work at ASU, Minu has over 10 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and business education programs for private, public and not-for-profit organizations.
