Daniel Howe is an American artist and educator. Exploring issues such as privacy, disinformation and representation, his work spans a range of media, including bespoke software, installations, artist books and sound works. He has been an open-source advocate and contributor to dozens of socially-engaged software projects over the past two decades. He currently resides in Hong Kong where he is Associate Professor and Director of the Laboratory for Creative Machine Learning at the School of Creative Media.
