Brady is a new media artist working in film, computation, and sound based in Los Angeles. Her work offers transcendence by creating alternative realities outside the logic of colonization. Brady’s goal is to transform Western ideological systems and structures through immersion to produce new paradigms. She implies a different contextual environment that is transformative and transformational: a shapeshifter. Her work has been presented at Fylkingen, Stockholm, Sweden; and Northwest Film Forum, Seattle, WA; and in San Francisco at Gray Area Art and Technology, SOMArts Cultural Center, San Francisco Cinematheque, and deYoung Museum. Brady received her MFA in Media Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and her BA in Cinema from San Francisco State University.
