Inspired by the Canadian wilderness, I am an installation artist working in the area of  human computer interaction in Calgary, Canada. I use my digital art practice to explore ecosystems of the Boreal forest within the Canadian climatic environment. My doctoral research has been featured at the Banff New Media Institute and at the 5th Computer Art Congress at Université Paris and my artwork has been included at the Tate Modern, the Venice Biennale and the 9th Shanghai Biennale.  In addition,  I have shown my video and sound art works in exhibitions in Canada, the UK, the USA, and Europe.
