short bio: Professor and researcher in the Field of Environment & Development at the University of Fortaleza, Doctorate in Environment & Development by the Federal University of Ceara, Master in Law,  and Master in tropical marine sciences by the Federal University of Ceara, Specialist in Public administration by the same instituition and is a Public Prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ceara, Brazil.

Oyrton Azevedo de Castro Monteiro Junior, PhD
PhD, Environmental engineering, University of Fortaleza

Short bio: Professor and researcher in the Field of Environmental and Sanitary Engineering at the University of Fortaleza, and member of The Environment Council of the State of Ceara, and of the Permanent Forum of The Public Prosecutor's Office  on requalification of ‘Futuro’ beach.

Ana Cecília de Andrade Teixeira, MSc
Media Artist and Architect, Master in Arts, UFC Federal University of Ceara

Short-Bio: Architect, Media Artist, master in Arts by the University of Ceara, she is part of the Project “Once there was a river”, supported by the Brazilian government ‘Rouanet Law’. The Rouanet Law is a Brazilian law that was intended to encourage cultural investments that can be used by firms and citizens to help finance cultural projects - This law makes possible to deduct a certain percentage of the investment off the Income Tax of the CCBNB. Her project ‘Excursão Pajeú’combines exhibition and a field trip using an application for smartfone along the places were there traces of the existence of the Pajeú River.

Master Thesis: “Expanded Pajeú park: a site-specific approach using locative media”
