Wilfred Niels Arnold is Professor of Biochemistry, University of Kansas
Medical Center. In the last twenty years he has also contributed at the
interface of the hard sciences and the humanities. Publications include
"Vincent van Gogh,: Chemicals, Crises, and Creativity," Boston:
Birkhauser, 1992, ISBN 0-8176-3616-1. Dr. Arnold serves on the book review
panel for Modern Pathology and writes occasional reviews for Nature,
British Medical Journal, and other periodicals.
